DOT SERVICES

DOT Drug Test – A federally regulated urine drug screening required by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to ensure compliance with safety-sensitive workplace standards. This test follows strict chain-of-custody procedures and screens for controlled substances, including marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and PCP.

Breath Alcohol Test (BAT) – A non-invasive test that measures the concentration of alcohol in a person’s breath using a calibrated breathalyzer. This test provides immediate results and is commonly used for DOT and workplace alcohol screening to ensure compliance with safety regulations. 

Breath Alcohol Test W/Confirmation - Initial breath alcohol screening followed by a confirmation test for enhanced accuracy and reliability. Includes result documentation.

DOT Physical Exam – A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is a federally mandated medical examination required for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers to ensure they are physically and medically fit to operate safely.
