Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, we kindly request adherence to the following booking policies: 1. Booking Requirements All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment methods include major credit/debit cards, money orders (payable to I Mean Business Laboratory) and approved corporate billing arrangements. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation: Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $15 rescheduling fee. 4. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be required to rebook. The payment will not be refunded in such cases. 5. On-Site Service Policy Minimum Time Requirement: On-site services require a minimum booking of 2 hours. Mileage Fees: Travel beyond 10 miles from our Indianapolis office is subject to mileage fees as outlined in our pricing policy. Setup Time: Please ensure the site is ready for service setup 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. 6. After-Hours & Emergency Services Appointments requested after 6 PM and before 8 AM are subject to an after-hours fee of $250. Emergency services may be arranged at the discretion of the management and may incur additional charges. 7. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and will need to prepay for future appointments. 8. Compliance & Identification A valid government-issued ID is required for all testing and background check services.
