Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, we kindly request adherence to the following booking policies: 1. Booking Requirements *All services can be booked online. 2. Payment Terms *Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment methods include all major credit/debit cards and approved corporate billing arrangements. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling *Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost, after 12 hours NO REFUNDS. *Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 4. Late Arrivals *Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a $25 late fee and possibly have their appointment canceled and will be required to rebook. The payment will be refundable minus the $25 wait fee. 5. On-Site Service Policy *On-site services require a minimum booking of 1.5 hours. *Travel beyond 10 miles from our Indianapolis office is subject to mileage fees as outlined in our pricing policy. *Please ensure the site is ready for service setup 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. 6. After-Hours & Emergency Services *Appointments requested after 6 PM and before 9 AM are subject to an after-hours fee of $250. Emergency services may be arranged at the discretion of management and may incur additional charges. 7. No-Show Policy *Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and will need to prepay for future appointments. 8.
